Endura Rehydration Energy Fuel rapidly replaces fluid and electrolytes lost during exercise whilst improving stamina and endurance. Loss of fluid and electrolytes, if not replaced, can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalances which may affect exercise capacity and performance.

Endura Rehydration Energy Fuel is a 6% carbohydrate formula providing 20 g of carbohydrates per dose as recommended for intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. The combination of fructose and maltodextrin improves carbohydrate absorption and fluid uptake.

Directions for Use:
During exercise (Isotonic): Take 1 rounded scoop (25 g) with 350 mL of water. Drink 1 to 2 doses 30 minutes before exercise and one dose during each hour of exercise (up to four doses per day) or as directed by a healthcare professional.
