Liquid Chalk

Vantage Strength Liquid Chalk combines 100% pure premium magnesium carbonate with rosin in a liquid suspension that dries rapidly on contact with the skin, providing a secure, long-lasting grip for weightlifting, gymnastics, rock climbing and other grip-dependent activities. Unlike loose chalk or chalk balls, liquid chalk applies cleanly without producing airborne dust, making it appropriate for use in gyms that restrict loose chalk.

The addition of rosin — a pine resin used in many sports for grip enhancement — provides a slightly tacky finish that outperforms both rosin alone and chalk alone in grip effectiveness. Liquid chalk dries within seconds of application and remains effective for multiple sets or rounds of exercise, reducing the need for repeated application. It does not transfer from the skin to the equipment in the way that traditional chalk can, keeping bars and holds cleaner.

Vantage Strength Liquid Chalk is also antibacterial, helping to reduce the spread of microorganisms on shared equipment. It washes off easily with soap and water after training. Apply a small amount to the palms, rub together and allow to dry fully before gripping the bar. A little goes a long way.
